ASURams Global is a unit of Albany State University dedicated to supporting faculty in providing the highest quality online education, reducing the cost of course materials for students, and engaging the community with opportunities to learn new skills. Through faculty trainings and OER workshops, ASURams Global is leading the way to make online education at ASU accessible, affordable, and exceptional in quality. Focusing on a technology-rich education and using effective, evidenced online pedagogical theories, ASURams Global is supporting faculty in course development and preparing HBCU students for the future.

The ASURams Global Affordable Learning Solutions Portal serves as a hub to support faculty in incorporating open educational resources into their courses. The portal provides access to eTextbooks, virtual labs, and repositories that provide access to content shared by academic colleagues across the world. This portal also provides resources to support faculty in learning about and effectively incorporating affordable content into their courses. ASURams Global believes that education is a collaborative endeavor for both students and faculty. As such, ASURams Global's Affordable Learning Solutions Portal is a place for HBCUs to innovate and collaborate on improving education for all students.
